Spencer’s Revolver-to-Term loans are ideal for businesses planning for growth or renovations. You’ll have the flexibility of a line of credit for the first year and then the convenience of a three-year term loan to make your payments more affordable.

Term Loan
Financing large expenses like real estate, machinery or equipment is easy and affordable with a Spencer Term Loan. You can repay the loan in as little as three (3) years or as many as ten (10). We’ll work with you to find the right term and affordable payments.

Time Note
Sometimes you only need a little bit of money but you need it quickly. We know how quickly you have to act to take advantage of opportunities and we’ll make sure you get your financing in time.

Owner-Occupied Mortgage
We offer 15-year, self-amortizing loans and amortization schedules up to 25 years to make your monthly payments affordable.  Since there is no set percentage of the building you have to occupy, you are free to use your real estate solely for yourself or lease out a portion for additional income.
