EDWARD A. KING JR. JOINS SPENCER SAVINGS BANK
AS VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LENDING
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (January 15, 2008) – Edward A. King Jr. has joined Spencer Savings Bank as Vice President, Lending Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Department. Mr. King will focus on expanding Spencer’s commercial real estate market throughout New York City and Long Island.
Mr. King brings extensive commercial real estate financing experience to Spencer. Prior to joining Spencer, Mr. King was a Senior Loan Consultant with Washington Mutual in NYC. He was responsible for loan origination for income producing properties for the Bank’s portfolio throughout Westchester, New York and parts of Connecticut. Prior to working with Washington Mutual, he was the Senior Vice President of Builders Bank in NYC, where he was responsible for acquisition and development, construction, bridge, gap and value-added financing.

Mr. King holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Arizona and has attended the Northwestern University School of Mortgage Banking and Fairfield University School of Mutual Savings Banks.
