King Jr. has joined Spencer Savings Bank as Vice President, Lending Officer of the Commercial Real Estate Department. Mr. King will focus on expanding Spencer’s commercial real estate market throughout New York City and Long Island. Mr. King brings extensive commercial real estate financing experience to Spencer. Prior to joining Spencer, Mr. King was a Senior Loan Consultant with Washington Mutual in NYC. He was responsible for loan origination for income producing properties for the Bank’s portfolio throughout Westchester, New York and parts of Connecticut.
