SPENCER SAVINGS BANK, SLA ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (January 27, 2010) – Spencer Savings Bank, SLA members today re-elected two directors and elected one new director to serve on the institution’s Board of Directors. At the annual meeting, board members José B. Guerrero and John S. Sturges were both re-elected to serve three-year terms, beginning on January 22, 2010. Anthony S. Cicatiello was elected as Spencer’s newest board member for a term of one year.

Anthony S. Cicatiello is chairman of CN Communications International, Inc., a public relations and marketing communications firm. For three decades, Anthony Cicatiello has brought diverse experience to the complex intersection of business, government and media. He has counseled numerous Fortune 500 companies, institutions of higher education, municipalities, regional utilities, and nonprofit organizations, among others. He works with clients to address the needs of targeted constituencies amidst vigorous policy debates, increasing accountability and changing priorities.
Joé B. Guerrero has been with Spencer Savings Bank for over twenty years. He is currently the Chairman of the Board and has been serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spencer Savings Bank since January 1995. He joined the Spencer Board in 1991.
John S. Sturges has served as Director of Spencer Savings Bank since 2007. He was President of Siebrand-Wilton Associates, Inc. as well as the Managing Principal of its Benefits and Compensation Design Group. He is an active member of the Human Resource Planning Society, Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans.
