Spencer will never request your one-time passcode/security code, online banking username, password, PIN via text, email, or phone, nor request that you establish an account at another bank to secure your account balances.

Beginning January 1, 2024, there are new federal reporting requirements for select small businesses. Many companies in the U.S. will have to report information about their beneficial owners (i.e. individuals who own or control the company). This information will be reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the The U.S. Department of the Treasury. Beneficial ownership reporting is a requirement of the Corporate Transparency Act of 2021.
