Persaud is responsible for leading and managing customer relationship development, local community engagement and the day-to-day operations of the bank’s Elizabeth financial center, located at 618 Bayway Avenue.

Persaud brings almost 20 years of industry experience to Spencer Savings Bank. Prior to joining Spencer, he held the title of VP, Branch Manager at a larger commercial bank, as well as senior roles at a global financial institution. He is highly skilled in branch operations, team leadership and management, customer relationship building, and business development.
Persaud resides in Middlesex County, New Jersey with his family. He enjoys spending his free time with his family and volunteering in his community supporting local rotary clubs and chambers of commerce. He is also an avid sports enthusiast and can often be found watching football or basketball.
