Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s leading community banks, was recently honored with a Community Partner Award by the Union County Fatherhood Initiative Coalition. The award is in recognition of the bank’s strong commitment to providing education on financial wellness, employment, home ownership and overall community engagement impacting fathers, men and communities in Union County.

The Union County Fatherhood Initiative Coalition promotes healthy fatherhood engagement. The non-profit brings together men and fathers, throughout New Jersey and the tri-state region, to raise awareness on the importance of fatherhood. The organization provides educational workshops and events that help educate, support and strengthen fathers and young men who are the fathers of tomorrow.
