Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s leading community banks, announced Ken Plinio has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Home Finance Director. In this new role, Plinio will lead the bank’s Home Finance team that delivers mortgage and home equity financing solutions to customers throughout New Jersey. Ken will continue to lead the bank’s growth strategy for this line of business.

Ken brings almost 35 years of mortgage banking experience to this role. Throughout his career he has held a variety of leadership positions at various financial institutions in the state. He has extensive underwriting and operations management experience, as well as a strong secondary market background. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
