Spencer Savings Bank, one of New Jersey’s leading community banks, is pleased to welcome Rasheeda Soto as Financial Center Manager. Soto is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Nutley financial center, as well as leading customer relationship development and community engagement.

Soto brings over a decade of industry experience to Spencer. Prior to joining the bank, she held various leadership positions at national and regional banks. She is skilled in customer relationship building, business development, team leadership and branch operations.
Soto is a graduate of Strayer University and holds a Bachelor of Business Management. When not at work, she enjoys spending her free time with family, traveling and giving back to the community in various ways.
