Ozol is a seasoned banking professional with almost 25 years of experience in commercial banking. Prior to joining Spencer, he held various leadership positions at both community banks and national banks, including his most recent title of Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager. His vast experience includes portfolio management, middle market banking, business banking, and commercial and industrial lending.

Ozol resides with his family in Morris County. He is a sports enthusiast, actively involved for the last decade in local youth sports programs, including as a coach. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, at a local sporting event or giving back to his community by also supporting a variety of local charities and nonprofit organizations.
