Bruszewski is leading the bank’s Garfield team at 34 Outwater Lane. She is overseeing branch operations, strengthening community relationships, driving business growth and leading a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Bruszewski brings a decade of experience in the banking industry to this role. Her professional background includes strong work in financial center operations, customer service, team leadership, community support, and more. Prior to taking on this new role, she was the Assistant Financial Center Manager at Spencer for its Garfield location at 34 Outwater Lane.
Bruszewski lives in Morris County with her family. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with them as well as reading, cooking, and supporting her church and other local nonprofits.
