Davila will oversee daily operations, strengthen community relationships, drive business growth and lead the team in providing exceptional customer service.

Davila brings almost fifteen years of business development experience to Spencer. Prior to joining the bank, he held various leadership positions including at national and regional banks. He is highly skilled in customer relationship building, business development, and operations.
Davila is dedicated to serving the community and creating positive impact. He regularly volunteers his time with various community organizations that help improve the lives of NJ community members. He lives in Essex County, NJ.
