Youhana is a seasoned financial services professional with more than 30 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Spencer Savings Bank, he held multiple leadership positions at a prominent national bank, where he specialized in serving wealth management and business banking clients. His extensive expertise spans business development, relationship management, operational excellence, and team leadership.
A resident of Bergen County, New Jersey, Youhana is actively involved in local civic initiatives. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys fishing and cooking.
