Protect Yourself From Debit Card Fraud! Read Full Message

The banking industry continues to see an increase in debit card fraud attempts targeting customers. As a reminder, all Spencer cardholders are automatically enrolled in fraud text alerts.

If you receive a fraud alert or a suspicious phone call, do not provide any personal or account information. Instead, visit Card Management in mobile or online banking to temporarily turn your card off. Then, contact us immediately by dialing the phone number on the back of your card to verify the transactions.  Once the matter has been resolved, remember to turn your card back on.
